Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have their support for the past eight years, working with four members of our family. They truly understand the complexities of each individual, as well as our needs as a whole family unit. Their respectful, caring and understanding approach makes us all feel safe and valued. They provide meaningful opportunities, new experiences and the right support to help each person succeed. We are so grateful for the confidence and peace of mind they give us, knowing our loved ones are genuinely well cared for.

I am so grateful for the support I have received over the years. Since I was 15 years old, Jo and her team have been respectful, caring and truly understanding of my disability and individual needs. They always make me feel safe and supported, while giving me opportunities to succeed and try new experiences. Their guidance has helped build my confidence and independence, and I appreciate the genuine care and commitment they show me every day.

I am a volunteer with MECWACare and Frankston City Council and have won awards for my committment to my work as a barista at the Frankston North Community Centre.
